- Do
you bring your own supplies and equipment?
We bring mops and
buckets, rags, upright/canister vacuums, but you have to supply
cleaning chemicals of your choice.
- Do I have to be home when
you clean?
Your greatest luxury is to leave your home dirty in the
morning, then discover
a spotless one when you return. Almost everyone leaves
a key for us. We will
place your key on a numbered tag that is kept in a secure
lock-box in our office.
Your name and/or address are never attached to the key.
In the event that your key
is ever lost or misplaced, you have double protection.
The key is unlabeled,
rendering it useless to the finder. The number one
reason people use our service
is because our clients work and would rather not clean during
what little free time
they have.
- Can I get a price on the
web or over the phone?
The best way to get a price is by scheduling a visit at
your home or office or
check our standard fees in our rate form.
- How do I make a payment?
We accept both cash and personal checks. Payment is
usually left on the kitchen
table or countertop on the day of your cleaning. If you
are paying cash, please
put it in an envelope. We do not accept credit cards.
- Do I have to sign a
contract?
No, unless you are a corporate / commercial entity.
On the initial visit we do
require for you to sign a copy of our basic terms and
conditions, but you are
never committed to continue service beyond today's visit.
- What if I am not happy
with your work?
All of our work is
guaranteed. If there is some aspect our of work that
displeases you, we will return and fix the problem at no
charge. We work
until you are completely satisfied.
- What time will you start
working?
Because
we never know how long it will take to complete a home, we are
unable to commit to a specific time of arrival. Should
you wish to be home
during cleaning, we will make every effort to accommodate
your schedule.
- How do you deal with pets?
Cats are not a problem. We take great care to ensure
that indoor cats stay
indoors. Dogs are a little more difficult. Many of
our customers have dogs, but
are able to minimize interaction by confining them to an area
of the home not
being cleaned, such as a basement, garage, spare bedroom or
kennel.
