We
charge a flat rate for all initial
and one time cleanings. We do not know how dirty
a home or an office is until we start cleaning it. Some homes or
offices need
only maintenance cleanings. Others need quite a bit of work
and time. The size and
condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean.
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES:
STUDIO: $

2 BEDROOMS: $115
Prices include
cleaning 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room.
Additional rooms: $15
each such as extra bedroom, extra bath, dining room,
home office,
entertainment room, attic room.
OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES - $35 per hour:
Consists of going into a
business and cleaning what has been agreed upon
between the client and our
company. Commercial services are usually
cleaned on a per bid
basis. Our services includes, but is not limited to:
all dusting, vacuuming,
mopping, restrooms sanitizing, kitchenette/lunchroom,
trash removal, ceiling fans
and blinds cleaned and other special requests
fulfilled.
MOVE IN/OUT TENANT TURNOVERS:
Price established upon inspecting the apartment.
This is a one-time
service that includes but is not limited to:
Oven, refrigerator, cabinets,
closets, light trash removal, cleaning services of all
bathrooms and kitchen
cabinets; doors and walls wiped down, all floors vacuumed
and mopped, front entry way
outside swept clean, door panels cleaned, ceiling fans
cleaned, garage swept by
request, screen enclosure railing wiped out, basements
wiped off, lighting fixtures
wiped off, sliding glass doors cleaned and tracks
vacuumed.
WINDOW CLEANING
INTERIOR: $6 per window
WINDOW CLEANING
EXTERIOR: $8 per window if window opens from inside
WINDOW CLEANING EXTERIOR: $12 per
window if outside ladder is needed
